I am Arindam. I'm webmaster of Cholesterolallabout.com. I was suffering from fatigue and mild headache for last few months. After a fasting lipid profile test it was diagnosed that I'm suffering from high Triglycerides and Cholesterol. I am 40+ and overweight.
